This gear was stripped out on a Liftmaster chain drive. It’s the white plastic gear with the teeth that’s stripped out. It’s about 10 years old. The door was never serviced so the rough operation of the door eventually wore down the gear.
Replaced this bottom panel on a wood door garage door in Coto de Caza. The door was damaged by a vehicle but luckily only the bottom section needed replacing.

We installed this anodized black door with white laminated glass in Costa Mesa. The jambs had to be framed in due to lack of side room. We also installed a side mount operator, Liftmaster 8500, due to a lack of headroom. The door compliments the style of the house nicely.
Pre-wired for safety sensors and wall buttons on this job. We worked with the contractor during construction to make sure everything comes out perfect!
