Replaced a pair of old springs in Tustin. Typical cost of new springs on a metal door is $239-299 depending on the weight of the door.

The  old one lasted 10 years and snapped off today.  OLD: NEW:

This is what a broken gear and sprocket on a liftmaster chain drive looks like. If the door isn’t maintained and working properly, it puts too much of a strain on this part.

Replaced these 2 monster springs in Newport Beach w/4 smaller, standard size springs.

Replaced this single, original spring with double springs for better operation.

This complex in Garden Grove has extensive termite damage on the wood surrounding the garage doors. The framers are replacing the wood and we are putting all the doors back up once the new wood is on.
