How to set my keyless entry to close the door using one button

Some keyless entry keypads have a feature called “one button close”. Your garage door opener can be closed by pressing only the ENTER button on the wireless keypad when the one button close feature has been activated. For security reasons, this does not work in reverse to open the door.

This feature can be activated and deactivated by pressing and holding the numbers 1 and 9 simultaneously for 10 seconds. The keypad will blink twice when the one button close is active. The keypad will blink four times when one button close is deactivated.

VARIOUS REPAIRS ON A GARAGE DOOR WE INSTALLED 20 YEARS AGO

Got a call from a customer we installed a door for in 2003. The customer lubricated the door regularly, which kept it running pretty well. When you have a broken spring, get it replaced right away to prevent other problems. Get your door serviced regularly, at least every 3-5 years.
